Starting your run journey can be challenging. I am a former Division 1 Track Athlete and I still struggle to find motivation to run. This challenge will gently introduce you to the world of fitness and running. To help you get all the way up to running a fast 5k (3.2 miles). Before you start, you should already be able to comfortably walk for 60 minutes. This is your chance to get healthy, lose some weight and feel better! Ready to run your first 5k? 🛋🥔➡️🏃♀️💪
